Assistant Estate Specialist

Partiar BV is expanding and is therefore immediately looking for a Assistant Estate Specialist with potential to grow into an estate specialist. If Assistant Estate Specialist not a day is the same with a lot of variation between practical and formal matters. In this role you support Inheritance specialists in the settlement of various legacies.

The activities include administrative actions related to the (possible) sale of homes, the evacuation of the home, the division of the household effects, banking, insurance matters and preparation for the tax settlement. The work partly takes place behind the computer, but you will regularly be working outside the door throughout the Netherlands

What are you bringing?

Heirs are looking for peace and want to be relieved of practical matters regarding the settlement of the estate, so that there is room to mourn. You have a strong empathy and know how to convey confidence. In addition, you are flexible and you can quickly switch between different activities. You are aware of the latest news in the field of inheritance law and you are willing to follow professional training courses. We also ask:

  • 1-3 years of work experience in a similar/supportive role

  • Preferably completed higher professional education (HBO) training in Legal Services or comparable

  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent command of the Dutch language and you speak fluent English. Knowledge of the French and German language is an advantage
