Estate Specialist

Partiar BV is expanding and is therefore immediately looking for a Estate Specialist. As a Estate Specialist not a day is the same with a lot of variation between practical and legally complex matters. In this role you have your own portfolio and you take care of the settlement of an estate from A to Z. This is how you conduct intake interviews with clients. In addition, you also deal with matters such as calculating a legal portion, liquidating a BV or selling real estate abroad.

What are you bringing?

You have a strong empathy and know how to convey confidence. In addition, you are flexible and you know how to switch quickly between different activities with ease. You are aware of the latest (legal) news and are willing to follow professional training courses. We also ask:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position

  • Preferably completed university education Notarial Law, minimum completed HBO Law

  • Knowledge of administrative processes

  • Excellent command of the Dutch language and you speak fluent English. Knowledge of the French and German language is an advantage
